After working with Louise and her marketing program, I achieved 125% of my goal. I was able to get more focused on my goals and clearer about what actions I needed to take next. I also was able to delegate certain tasks to my assistant and concentrate on what I could do that would be most profitable for my business with less work.

Arizona small business employment grew 0.6 percent in May -- three times the national average -- according to the latest Intuit Small Business Employment Index.
The index shows that 40,000 new jobs nationwide were created in May among small businesses, which are defined as those with fewer than 20 employees. The data comes from 78,000 small businesses that use Intuit Online Payroll. Intuit is the company behind financial software such as Quicken and TurboTax.
In April, Intuit’s index showed that small business growth was 0.9 percent for Arizona and the Bureau of Labor Statistics shows roughly 0.19 percent growth for total state employment that month. Intuit data also shows that small business employment has been growing nationwide since January 2010.
